Derrick is Executive Director of a human rights organization called People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance, (PACTS),International www.pactsntl.org). He has been active since 2005 addressing the issues of organized stalking and remote electronic assaults. The secret research and deployment of these devices and techniques affects multitudes of people in this country and around the world, who are mostly unaware of their existence. PACTS, International seeks to raise public awareness of the human atrocities that are occurring as a result of the abuse of these technologies which may hopefully result in the enactment of legislation, protection, and ultimately freedom for victims of covert harassment. Derrick Robinson was featured In January, In January 2011 in a program by Canadian TV show host, Richard Syrett for his “The Conspiracy Show” and was consulted extensively in 2012 for an episode of Jesse Ventura’s ‘Conspiracy Theory’ on targeted individuals entitled, “Brain Invaders.” He was interviewed by the Washington Post for an article that was published in January of 2007 called “Mind Games” by Sharon Weinberger and appeared on KMIR-TV in Palm Springs, California in November, 2012, for their news story about electronic harassment. Derrick was a presenter In 2013 and 2014 in the Super Soldiers/Mind Control Conferences in Las Vegas, Nevada and helped organize a community meeting with the FBI in January of 2016 in an effort to obtain a federal investigation into covert harassment experienced by targeted individuals. This meeting resulted in the publication of a booklet in July of 2016 entitled “Testimonies of Targeted Individuals,” which is a compilation of 37 stories by covert harassment victims and includes the resolution passed by the City of Richmond, California in May, 2015 in support of targeted individuals, federal statute violations, articles, documents and letters to officials requesting assistance against mind control technology assaults. Then, in November, 2017, he was featured in the VICE Channel’s short documentary about targeted individuals, called “The Nightmare World of Gang Stalking.” He has spoken on numerous radio talkshow programs around the web, such as George Noory’s Coast to Coast AM, Kerry Cassidy’s Project Camelot, The Legacy of A Nation, and Pinkney to Pinkney. Derrick Robinson holds A B.A. in Speech and Theater from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Certificate from the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland. He can be heard regularly hosting the organization's Saturday and Monday Night pod-casts.
